The next love truck of the Emergency Food Support campaign – S.O.S Food, has “rolled”.

Food and relief supplies are transported

Since the beginning of the month, the S.O.S Food Emergency Food Support Campaign, an initiative of the Vietnam Food Bank Network, has supported nearly 1,000 tons of food, necessities, essential food, mineral water and necessary supplies for affected families, disadvantaged areas, etc. In order to provide optimal support for people in the Northern region, who have been severely affected by natural disasters and the historic storm Yagi.

From food sources to transportation,… we cannot fail to mention the businesses and units that have joined together to spread strong love: C.P. Vietnam, Mondelez Kinh Do, Qui Phuc Company, Hai Dao Food, Nowfit Yoga & Fitness Center,… and other organizations and units.

Goods are being loaded

The Vietnam Food Bank Network in general, as well as the Foodbanks in the Northern provinces in particular, with the spirit of solidarity and mutual support, are actively mobilizing resources to support and distribute to areas affected by storms and floods, in order to strengthen the reconstruction and livelihood restoration work for people, … has become a strong force in the relief work and support for the community after natural disasters.

The urgent launch of Food Bank Bac Kan and Cao Bang has expanded the network, demonstrating the spirit of determined response, closeness and network of the Vietnam Food Bank Network in community relief work, especially for people in disaster areas. Thanks to that determination, in recent days, the Food Bank network has made continuous efforts to bring the most practical gifts to people in flood-affected areas and accompany people in the Northern provinces of Vietnam in the reconstruction and recovery work.

And we will continue with the goals and missions of the Vietnam Food Bank Network, always accompanying and providing urgent support so that “No one is left behind”.
