Food Bank Vietnam is a non-profit organization in the Global Foodbanking Network (GFN), with a mission to promote sustainable development of the agricultural-food value chain, prioritizing people and communities to ensure nutrition and combat food waste. We currently have openings for volunteer positions in Media, Logistics, and Event Organization. Join our professional and experienced team to create positive change in the community and towards sustainable agriculture and food development in Vietnam.

    • General requirements:

    – Support for the mission and vision of Food Bank Vietnam;

    – Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills;

    – Ability to work effectively and responsibly in a team environment;

    – Have creativity and initiative in work;

    – No restrictions on age, region of residence, or nationality.

    • Task description for each position:

    1. Media Volunteer:

       – Support management in social media channels (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Linkedin) and creating content/ blog posts about Food Bank Vietnam’s activities;

       – Developing marketing materials such as backdrops, banners, posters, and digital graphics…;

       – Documenting events and activities through photography and videography;

       – Collaborating with the Media team to brainstorm and implement creative strategies/ plans for promoting the communication campaigns.

    – Working form: Offline, Online (flexible)

    2. Logistics Volunteer:

       – Coordinating the transportation and distribution of food donations;

       – Sorting and tracking of food supplies;

       – Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the food storage facilities;.

       – Providing logistical support during food distribution events and initiatives.

    3. Event Volunteer:

       – Joining in planning and organizing fundraising events and community outreach activities;

       – Coordinating logistics for events: check-list, venue selection, catering, and equipment rental…;

       – Assisting in managing event budgets and expenses;

       – Providing on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and attendee satisfaction;
